1. Icynene® Insulation (www.icynene.com) offers four LEED accredited water blown light and medium density insulation products that perform as a continuous insulation and air barrier material.  Whether your project calls for ICYNENE LD-C-50™ (spray or pour formula), ICYNENE LD-R-50™ renewable-based spray foam, MD R 200 2.0# medium density foam insulation with recycled content or canister packaged GOLD SEAL 400®, you can create an energy-efficient, comfortable environment - with air that is healthier to breathe. 2. BioPCM™ (www.phasechangepcm.com) is a 21st century game changer!  
BioPCM™ uses Phase Change Materials (PCMs) that collect and redirect energy to where and when it is required.  These bio-based phase change materials melt and solidify at room temperature to actively absorb and release heat.  BioPCM™ is not an insulation; rather it helps make insulation much more efficient by reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions, shifting peak electricity demand and reducing the cost of energy.  When installed in ceiling and wall panels BioPCM™ works day and night to stabilize indoor temperatures. 3. Typar Water Protection Systems (www.typar.com and typarsurround.com)
TYPAR® Weather Protection Systems are top of the line spun bond water protection materials for the building envelope (and geotextile fabrics for the entire property).  Typar Weather Protection Systems qualify for LEED and Energy Star accredited points.  (See Typar.com for CSI 3-part formatted specifications.)

- At the heart of the system is Typar® HouseWrap, which reduces the risk of air and moisture infiltration while improving the overall durability of the building envelope.  The Typar Surround synthetic underlayment system provides a sustainable (and very competitive) protection layer under an array of sloped roofing materials.  

- Typar MetroWrap stands up to the rigors of commercial construction with enhanced UV resistance (up to 12 months of protection), exceptional mold resistance, and is an excellent air barrier.  MetroWrap protects interior environments during and after construction from air infiltration and damaging water. 

- Typar Matrix™ 3D Geotextile fabrics are used to stabilize soil, control floods, erosion and sediment.  The cellular system offers incredibly quick set-up using less manpower than other systems.  Once expanded - which is fast and easy - simply fill up the honeycomb “cells” with sand, rocks or another suitable ballast material to provide structural support.

- Typar BioBarrier is used along hardscapes, around pipes, under pots, and in dams/levees to provide 15 years guaranteed protection against root damage.  Biobarrier has nodules which slowly and regularly release trifluralin which prevents root growth.  Tree health is not impacted since trifluralin is not systemic.  The system includes a standard drainage fabric and allows water, air and nutrients to pass through. 4. Detail Bond (www.rooftape.com) is a double-sided self-adhered reinforced rolled SBS membrane bonding system for an array of sloped roof and vertical exterior applications.   Easy to use, Detail Bond is the "contractors buddy" as it does not replace other materials but helps other materials work better by providing adhesion between other materials to substrates and to each other.  Detail Bond comes in a 75 sq ft box and is available in 4", 6", and 12" widths for contractor convenience and use.  Detail Bond is the easy to handle and use "sticky membrane" that makes things work - every time - better. 5. Drain-Plane (www.drain-plane.com) is a recycled, high density polypropylene furring device which is installed over house wrap on the exterior walls under the cladding.  It is ventilated vertically and horizontally to create superior drainage and airflow.  Drain-Plane is produced in 6 foot strips which install quickly and easily on the studs of exterior walls.  It is compatible with a wide variety of cladding including lap, shingle, and panel products. 6. SATA’s Supplied Air Monitoring System (S*A*M*S) was designed originally for the paint industry.  Now it is available to provide spray foam insulation contractors the most comfortable, easy to maintain, and safest supplied fresh air system available.   The SATA system features a hood with a visor style mask that provides a comfortable fit for any user, a superior filtering system with built-in maintenance reminders, and carbon monoxide detecter built into the hood.  The very best NIOSH/OSHA approved system to provide clean Grade D breathing air to spray foam insulators.
